By making a booking with KomodoCruiseTour.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

• Full payment must be settled no later than 7 (seven) days before the departure date.

• Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation initiated by the participant is non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused services.

3. Reschedule Policy

• Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the departure date and are subject to availability.

• Requests made within 30 days of departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Any approved reschedule may be subject to price differences or additional charges imposed by service providers.

4. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

• In circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure), including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Port authority restrictions

  • Safety or maritime authority decisions

• KomodoCruiseTour.com reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the trip, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund, or

  • Offer alternative arrangements

Refund decisions are made at the company’s discretion, based on operational feasibility and actual costs incurred.

5. Additional Fees & Service Provider Charges

• Certain services are operated by third-party providers (boats, accommodations, transport, port authorities, etc.).

• Any additional fees, surcharges, or price adjustments imposed by these providers are not included in the original package price and must be paid by the participant if applicable.

6. Liability & Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the trip.

• KomodoCruiseTour.com shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by:

  • The participant’s own actions or negligence

  • Failure to follow crew instructions

  • Unforeseen external circumstances

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with KomodoCruiseTour.com, the participant fully agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
