Itinerary Private Charter Komodo Boat Trip

  • 07:00 AM – Pick up from your hotel/airport in Labuan Bajo and transfer to the harbor.

  • Sail to Padar Island for sunrise trekking with breathtaking panoramic views.

  • Continue to Komodo Island or Rinca Island to see the legendary Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat.

  • Stop at Pink Beach for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on the iconic pink sand.

  • Visit Manta Point to swim alongside giant manta rays.

  • Final stop at Taka Makassar – a unique sandbar in the middle of the sea.

  • Return to Labuan Bajo in the late afternoon.

  • Day 1

    • Hotel/airport pickup and transfer to the harbor.

    • Padar Island sunrise trek for the most iconic photo spots.

    • Continue sailing to Komodo Island to encounter Komodo Dragons.

1. Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve booked and paid, your spot is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another trip. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send a replacement to join in your place.

2. Force Majeure
Sometimes nature has the final say storms, bad weather, natural disasters, government rules, or other events beyond human control. In such cases, the trip may be changed or canceled without refunds. KomodoCruisesTour  cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused by these events.

3. Punctuality Matters
Arriving late at the meeting point and causing delays for the group is treated as a no-show. Unfortunately, this means no refunds. Please be on time so the adventure runs smoothly for everyone.

4. Responsibility & Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, lost or damaged luggage, delays from hotels or transport providers, or personal belongings lost during the trip.

  • Any changes or reductions in the itinerary due to force majeure are also beyond our responsibility.

  • Participants are responsible for damages or loss of trip equipment (life jackets, snorkels, masks). Replacement costs will be charged to the participant.

5. During the Trip

  • Follow the instructions of the tour leader at all times. Independent decisions that affect the group or trip are not allowed without our approval.

  • Illegal drug use or any behavior that disturbs the comfort of other participants will not be tolerated. KomodoCruisesTour reserves the right to remove such participants from the trip without refund.

6. Third Parties
KomodoCruisesTour is not responsible for terms, conditions, or policies set by other companies or service providers.
