Rates

• Infants (under 2 years old) travel free of charge.
• Toddlers (2–5 years old) pay half of the full price.
• Children over 5 years old pay the full rate.

Fuel Supplement Policy

• ALFATHRAN-3 reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice if the price of marine fuel rises above IDR 25,000 per litre (65% of the normal price).
• If a fuel supplement is charged, ALFATHRAN-3 has sole discretion to apply it to both existing and new bookings, even if those bookings have been paid in full. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare.

Booking Confirmation & Payments

• A down payment of at least 30% of the total purchase is required.
• An invoice will be sent via WhatsApp or email once the down payment has been received.
• The final payment must be settled no later than 7 days before the trip. If it is not paid by the due date, we have the right to declare the booking cancelled.

Reschedule

• Rescheduling is only possible up to 30 days before the trip.
• Rescheduling less than 30 days before the trip will result in forfeiture of the down payment.

Cancellation

• Cancellations by the guest are non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
• If the trip is cancelled or prohibited by the harbourmaster or government due to weather conditions, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, or other external events, the guest may reschedule the trip or receive a full refund.
• If the boat operator cancels for other unavoidable reasons (such as a sudden technical issue), the operator is responsible for arranging a replacement vessel of the same price or class. If no replacement can be provided, the guest will receive a full refund.
