By making a booking with Komodo Cruises Tour (KomodoCruiseTour.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Booking requests can be made via booking form, email, or WhatsApp.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit/payment has been received.
Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
For National Park registration:
Foreign travelers: copy of passport
Indonesian travelers: copy of KTP
Deposit payment methods:
Bank transfer.
PayPal.
Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
The remaining balance must be settled:
In cash upon arrival, or
By Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card (subject to 3% surcharge).
Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before departure.
Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Proof of payment must be sent for verification.
Arrival details (Hotel and pick-up location) must be provided at least 2 days before arrival in Lombok/Labuan Bajo. This information is required to arrange pick-up services and finalize arrangements.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Any cancellation initiated by the participant is non-refundable.
No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused services.
Cancellation on the departure date will result in the full amount being charged.
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure and are subject to availability.
Requests made within 30 days of departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No reschedule is allowed once National Park tickets have been issued.
Any approved reschedule may be subject to:
Ticket reissuance costs
Price differences
Additional charges from service providers
In circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, port authority restrictions, maritime safety decisions, or government regulations, Komodo cruises tour reserves the right to:
Reschedule the trip, or
Offer alternative arrangements, or
Issue a partial or full refund, based on actual costs incurred and operational feasibility.
All decisions are made at the company’s discretion.
All participants must be fit and healthy to join the trip.
Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be informed in advance.
Participants must bring their personal medication.
The company reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler is deemed medically unfit.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
The company acts solely as an intermediary for third-party service providers (boats, transport, accommodation, port authorities, etc.).
The company shall not be held liable for:
Injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay
Participant negligence or failure to follow instructions
Unforeseen external circumstances beyond control
All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. KomodoCruiseTour.com is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from trip cancellation, illness, injury, flight delays, or personal circumstances without insurance coverage.
By confirming a booking and completing payment, the participant fully agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
